Mystery House Publishing, who puts out the Dr. Scott James Thriller Series, just announced the coming publication of Cameron M. Smith's new book, Ice World. The picture featured here is of Smith in his homemade, fully-functional, space suit. His new book is the true story of how he crossed the Ice Cap of Iceland, alone, in winter. He was the first to do it. Afterward, he set out to go to the stratosphere via balloon, and built a pressure suit for the adventure. Smith had been recognized three times in Best Travel Writing, and was named one of the world's most interesting innovators, a "Rebel," by Mazda Motors.
